Brenda began working for Concord Child Care Center in 1984 as a preschool teacher and later as the Infant Toddler Supervisor. She has been the Executive Director since 2012. Brenda also serves on the board of the Local Planning Council (LPC) for Early Childhood, member of Early Learning Leadership Group, and is on the state board for EveryChild California.

Adriana began working for the infant toddler program in 1991 and became the Supervisor for the Morning Preschool and School-Age program in 2008. Adriana is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Renata began working for the infant toddler center in 1999. Prior to that she worked in ECE for Head Start programs and was a K-3 teacher in her native Poland. She became Site Supervisor of the Toddler Program in 2012. Renata is bi-lingual in English and Polish, and a little bit of Russian.

Gabriela was a preschool teacher for Concord Child Care Center from 1991 to 2007 when she left to be an active stay-at-home mom. She returned in 2014 as Site Supervisor of the Full-Day Preschool and also serves as Education Coordinator for CCCC. Gabriela is bilingual in English and Spanish and speaks a bit of Italian.
Lillian runs the front office as the Family Services Coordinator in 2016. She has extensive experience in customer service and is bi-linugual in English and Spanish to better serve our families.
MBA
Certified Public Accountant
Melva works part-time and began in 2014 at Concord Child Care Center. Melva is responsible for the fiscal services.
Currently seeking interested individuals who would like to offer board member service to support the children, families and staff of Concord Child Care Center, Inc.
When a Board seat is vacant, prospective Board members may be recommended by others or may apply on their own. A review board interviews candidates and makes recommendations to the full Board regarding their appointment

The Board of Directors is comprised of 5-8 members who are responsible for governance of the Concord Child Care Center. Board members come from widely diverse backgrounds within the community. They bring with them a wealth of varied expertise, giving the Board a broad perspective in providing direction to our agency and overseeing our programs.
The Board meets up to 10 times a year, usually the third Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. Ad Hoc committees may be created and meet as needed for a specific purpose.
The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) makes recommendations to the Administration and Board of Directors. They assist at the monthly parent meetings and represent the enrolled families of each program. The PAC consists of parents currently participating in our programs. PAC officers are elected at the first parent meeting in the fall of each school year.
Parent meetings are offered regularly with a variety of topics, special guests and presentations, as well as a open forum for input and feedback.
